ABOUT ME

I received a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy emphasis from Phillips Graduate Institute in spring 2019. I interned at Counseling West, a community based private practice setting, where I was able to conduct individual sessions, work with couples, as well as co-facilitate a process therapy group for teenagers.

I am an asset based therapist, helping you to identify and amplify your strengths. I see through an Attachment lens, examining old relationship patterns and unmet needs then teaching you how to identify your needs/wants while learning "the healthy NO." I work somatically (with TRM--Trauma Resilience Model) to teach you ways to tolerate and regulate your nervous system. I won't keep you wandering around in the dark.

I have experience working with clients whose issues include:
anxiety
perfectionism
mens issues
intimacy issues
trauma recovery
PTSD
partner relational problems
phase of life problems
LGBTQ issues

I specialize in the treatment of high functioning, perfectionist, anxious men to help them "drop in" and forge deeper connections with others.
